Why can't I log into my account?

Note: The KingSumo WordPress plugin has been retired and no longer receives updates. It keeps working, and you can still download the last version (1.8.10) at kingsumo.com/latest. For new giveaways, we recommend the KingSumo web app.

If you have created an account with the Web App, you do not have access to the WordPress plugin, this must be purchased separately.

They’re different products, so for security, privacy, and other reasons, we do not share logins.

If the above is not the issue, then please contact support@kingsumo.com.
