How can I obtain the emails of my giveaway’s entrants?

Download a CSV of your entrants under Dashboard → the Contestants number → Export CSV, or connect an email tool so new entrants reach your list automatically.

How to download your entrants as a CSV

1. Open your list of giveaways from Dashboard.
2. Click the number in the Contestants column for your giveaway.
3. On the contestants page, click Export CSV.

The CSV is a snapshot of that moment. Download it again to include people who entered later.

What does the CSV contain?

Email, Name, Phone, Date, Entries, Referrals, Referrer, IP, Confirmed, Late and Marketing Consent. On the Lifetime Plan it also includes First Name, Last Name, UTM Source, UTM Medium and UTM Campaign.

• Date is the entry date and time, in UTC.
• Name is only filled in if your giveaway asks for it; see Why can't I see people's names in the CSV file I downloaded?
• Late is Yes for people who left their email after the giveaway ended.
• Marketing Consent is Yes for everyone if the giveaway didn't show the marketing consent checkbox. See How does the marketing consent checkbox work?

Send new entrants to your email tool automatically

Connect your email marketing tool under Account → Integrations, then choose a list for each giveaway. See How can I integrate my email marketing tool to KingSumo?

Troubleshooting

Recent entrants are missing from my CSV

The file only includes people who had entered when you downloaded it. Click Export CSV again.

The entry times look wrong

Times in the CSV are in UTC. Convert them to your time zone in your spreadsheet.

Why is the Name column empty?

Entrants only give their name if your giveaway asks for it. Asking for extra details is part of the Lifetime Plan.

Can I find a specific entrant?

Yes. Use the Search box on the contestants page.
