Does KingSumo send any emails automatically?
Yes. KingSumo emails your entrants to confirm their entry and remind them before your giveaway ends, and emails you about it. It never emails your winners.

These emails come from the name you entered under Who's Running This Giveaway?, use your giveaway language, and include an "Unsubscribe from emails for this giveaway" link. Reminders aren't sent to people who unsubscribed.

Troubleshooting
An entrant didn't get the confirmation email
Ask them to check their spam folder. You can also resend it: on the giveaway's contestants page, click Resend Conf. next to their email.
The emails are in the wrong language
They use your Giveaway Language under Account → Giveaway Defaults.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I turn off the reminder emails?
No. Entrants can unsubscribe with the link in each email.
Can I put my own logo in these emails?
