Why are some people getting more than one entry?
Entrants start with 3 entries, then earn more from referrals and the bonus actions under Dashboard → Edit → 3. Bonus Entries. This works on every plan.
Where do extra entries come from?

An entrant's referral link is the address of their own giveaway page, which they see after entering. It looks like kingsumo.com/g/…/…/their-code.
Entries from actions you removed
If you remove a bonus action, entrants keep the entries they already earned from it. Someone can then have more entries than your current actions add up to. See How do I delete bonus entries?

Troubleshooting
An entrant has more entries than seems possible
Check whether they referred friends, used Daily Entries on several days, or completed an action you later removed.
An entrant has no entries
People who leave their email after the giveaway has ended are late entrants. They get no entries and can't be drawn as winners.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change how many entries a referral is worth?
No. Each confirmed referral is worth 3 entries.
Can someone enter twice with the same email?
No. Entering again with the same email address counts as the same entry.
