Why am I having issues entering KingSumo Giveaways?
Note: The KingSumo WordPress plugin has been retired and no longer receives updates. It keeps working, and you can still download the last version (1.8.10) at kingsumo.com/latest. For new giveaways, we recommend the KingSumo web app.
Most entry problems come from the entrant's browser, an ad blocker or a network filter. If an error message shows an error code, the table below explains it.
What do the error codes mean?
| Code | What it means | What to try |

| GE-1 or GE-2 | The browser couldn't reach Google's reCAPTCHA | Refresh the page, allow the page in the ad blocker or privacy extension, or try another browser |
| GE-3 | The entry looked automated | Try again later, or from another device or network |
| GE-4 | Too many entries from the same network, or a blocked email domain | Wait a minute and try again, or use another network or email address |

General fixes
- Update the browser (the latest Chrome or Firefox works best).
- Turn off ad blockers and other script-blocking extensions for the giveaway page.
- Clear the browser's cache and cookies, or try a private (incognito) window or another device.
- Check that the work, school or home network isn't blocking kingsumo.com or Google.
Troubleshooting
The page just reloads after entering
This happens when someone uses the referral link of an entrant the giveaway owner removed. Open the main giveaway link instead.
I can't log in to my KingSumo account

The giveaway page says it can't be found

What if I enter again with the same email?
You stay entered once; entering again with the same email doesn't create a second entry.
Who can help if nothing works?
The giveaway's host can help, and so can KingSumo support: email support@kingsumo.com with the giveaway link and the error code.
