Why is the URL page for my giveaway not working?
Visitors can't open your giveaway URL until you verify your email. Click Resend verification email in the bar at the top of your Dashboard, then open the link.
Why doesn't my giveaway page load for visitors?

Troubleshooting
The verification link doesn't verify my email
The link only works for the account you're logged in to. Log in to KingSumo with that account first, then open the link again in the same browser.
The giveaway loads for me but not for others
You can always see your own giveaway. Visitors can't until your email is verified — look for the yellow bar at the top of KingSumo.

Does the giveaway link change if I rename the giveaway?
Old links still work: KingSumo sends visitors to the giveaway's current address.
What does a 404 error mean?
