Why is my image is not uploading to my giveaway page?

Add prize images under Dashboard → Edit → Prize Images as JPG or PNG files up to 5 MB, ideally 2x1 and at least 680px wide. Works on every plan.

Which image files can I upload?

  • File type: JPG or PNG
  • File size: 5 MB or smaller
  • Recommended shape: a 2x1 ratio, at least 680px wide

Troubleshooting

"Sorry, the image you selected is too big"

The file is over 5 MB. Compress or resize it, then upload it again.

I can't select my image file

Only JPG and PNG files can be chosen. Convert other formats (such as WebP, GIF or HEIC) to JPG or PNG first.

The upload still fails

Reload the editor and try again, or try another browser. If it keeps failing, email support@kingsumo.com with the image attached.
