Why are some entrants not being registered by KingSumo?

This will probably be because of our spam detection mechanisms that result in giveaways having entrants removed. From our data, these are spammers/fraud entrants, so you're not missing much when they're gone. You will be left with fewer entrants but at least you know that the entrants you have are authentic!
