Why aren’t my images being pulled for the giveaway?

Social networks show your giveaway's first prize image (Dashboard → Edit → Prize Images). If it was shared before you added one, refresh the preview.

Which image do social networks show?

KingSumo tells social networks to use your giveaway's first prize image. If the giveaway has no prize image, a default KingSumo image is used. Prize images are added under Prize Images in the giveaway editor. This works the same on every plan.

How to refresh an old preview

Social networks save a link's preview the first time it's shared. To make Facebook fetch the current image:

Open the Facebook Sharing Debugger.
Paste your giveaway's link and run the check.
Ask it to scrape the link again, so Facebook saves the new preview.

Can I pick a different share image?

No. The share image is always your first prize image.
