Why can't I log into my account?

If you purchased the WordPress plugin, you do not have a login for the web app.

They’re different products, so for security, privacy, and other reasons, we do not share logins.

You’re free to continue using the WordPress plugin (we’ll keep updating it), you can use the free version of the web app product, or you can purchase the Pro version of the web app.
