Why has my KingSumo account been suspended?

KingSumo suspends accounts that break its Terms of Service. While your account is suspended, you can't post giveaways and your giveaways aren't visible to the public.

What does a suspension mean?

• Your list of giveaways shows: "Your account has been suspended from posting giveaways. Please contact support for more information."
• Your giveaway pages are no longer public. Visitors get a "not found" page.
• You can't edit or delete your giveaways.

What to do if your account is suspended

Email support@kingsumo.com from the email address on your account and ask why it was suspended.

You can still log in and see your list of giveaways while your account is suspended. If you can't log in at all, see Why can't I log into my account?
